When the game gets a major patch, products can be taken offline until they are checked again - wait until the product shows Updated to the latest Patch before you play. A product marked Safety testing is still being checked. The builds on the Free page are detected and carry a high ban risk.

Windows 10 and Windows 11. Windows 10 22H2 or LTSC gives the fewest loader issues. Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 are not supported by any product.

Open a ticket on our Discord and choose Stripe Order. Enter your order reference (shown on the Stripe payment page) and the email you paid with. Your key and loader link appear right away, visible only to you. Each order can be claimed once.
No. Refunds are not offered - you agree to this in our Terms when you buy. Exchanges and other manual requests are reviewed by staff: open a Discord ticket with your order ID and the reason. Check that your system is supported before buying.
Do not start a chargeback - open a Discord ticket with both amounts and their timestamps instead. Staff verify the two payments against the order and refund the duplicate.
Sellhub Payment emails your license key right after payment - check spam if you don't see it. Paid with the Stripe button? Open a ticket on our Discord, press Stripe Order at the top of it and enter your SB reference, and the key appears immediately. Gift card and manual payments are checked by staff first, so they take longer.
Usually the key is still locked to another PC. Press the HWID button at the top of your Discord ticket to reset it, then run the loader as Administrator. Enter the license key itself - the order ID on your receipt, the one starting with SH-, is not a key. If the loader says the license has expired, its duration is used up and a new key is needed.
Paid with Sellhub Payment? Open a ticket on our Discord and press Delivery at the top of it. Enter your license key and the order reference from your receipt - the receipt email comes from Sellhub, who run that checkout for us - and you get the loader link, visible only to you. Paid with the Stripe button instead? Press Stripe Order in the Payments & Refunds section with your order reference. Use Delivery again whenever you need the latest version.
Press the Password button at the top of your Discord ticket and enter your license key and the order reference from your purchase confirmation email - the password is sent to you privately. Paid with Stripe instead? Open a ticket with your order reference and ask staff directly. Some products log in with the key alone and have no separate password.
Use the HWID option in your Discord ticket. It rebinds your key to the PC you are on now, so do it from the machine you actually want to play on. Resets are rate-limited per day.
Open a Discord ticket before you use the key. If it has not been redeemed yet, staff can usually swap it for the right product or duration. Once a key is bound to a PC it can no longer be swapped.
Yes, on our Discord. Open a ticket: the options at the top handle delivery, HWID resets and passwords instantly, our assistant answers straight away, and staff check every ticket daily.
One license key works on one PC at a time. If both PCs are yours, switch between them with the HWID option in your Discord ticket. Sharing a key with someone else is not allowed and can get the key banned - each person needs their own license.
Val 5: close the game and the loader, then open the loader again as Administrator. If it keeps happening, turn HVCI (Memory Integrity) on, restart your PC and get the latest loader with Delivery. Val 152 is Anti-Cheat's hardware-ban check and needs a spoofer or emulator product - open a ticket and tell us which product you use.
No. Once a key is activated, its time runs continuously whether you play or not.
That is a false positive - the loader injects into a game, which every antivirus flags. Add the loader folder to your antivirus exclusions, then download it again. Never disable protection you rely on for anything other than gaming.
We watch the anti-cheat every day and pull a product offline before it can put your account at risk.
Every build is tested against the live game before it reaches you. If it is not clean, it does not ship.
